With all the viruses going around, beside best practices like washing hands and avoiding big crowds, the only way to keep the viruses out is to strengthen our antibody. Eating 7oz of yogurt every day is one of the best ways.
Here is the recipe, which I think anyone with an instant pot can easily make in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 can of condense milk (14oz)
1 can of boiling water (use the same can)
4 can of milk of your choice)
1 cup of your favorite yogurt that has active cultures
Instructions:
Mixing in a large bowl:
1. Pour condensed milk and boiling water in, mix well until condensed milk dissolved.
2. Pour in milk and yogurt, give it a good stir
3. Put them in jars.
Incubating in the instant pot:
1. Put jars into instant pot with 1 cup of hot water
2. Press Yogurt and adjust time to 14 hours
3. Wait for 14 hours then put jars in the fridge
